The location off Tumkur Road is quite convenient, with easy access to the Outer Ring Road. Bluejay Enterprises has a decent reputation. The amenities like the children's play area and gymnasium are a plus. My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I expect that to settle down. Overall, it feels like a solid decision for future appreciation.

The location is excellent with Sri Vidyalakshmi International Public School and Fortis Hospital very close by. It’s also near Nagarbhavi. The community has a good swimming pool and a decent gymnasium. Rainwater harvesting is a thoughtful feature. Bluejay Enterprises seems to have focused on essential amenities. The biggest challenge we face is the initial approach road which is narrow and can get muddy during monsoons. Otherwise, the security is good, and the overall environment is pleasant for children.
