I picked a 440 square feet 1 BHK flat; it’s a good size for me alone and has decent carpet area. The location in Somatane is okay, and it’s convenient that Pawana Hospital is very close by, just 0 kilometeaway! The developer, Blueberry Develope, has provided basic amenities like closed car parking and sewage treatment plant. My only concern is the dust from the nearby construction sites sometimes, but it’s manageable. It feels secure with the 24-hour water supply.
