We purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Blue Breeze by Ashtavinayak Developea few months ago. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us. The carpet area for our 2 BHK is around 1766 sq.ft, which is quite spacious. I was looking for something with good amenities and the swimming pool and gymnasium here are quite well-maintained. The price was on the higher side, around 95 Lakhs for our unit, but the quality seems good. The location on Harnai - Palande Road is decent, though the road leading to it could be wider. Overall, it's a solid investment for the long term in Bhilwara.

Settling into our new 1 BHK apartment at Blue Breeze by Ashtavinayak Developehas been a pleasant experience. The carpet area is 260 sq.ft, which is compact but perfectly adequate for our needs as a couple. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after booking. The lift is convenient, and the gym is a nice addition. We paid around 22 Lakhs for this unit. While the project was completed in 2011, it feels well-maintained. My only minor concern is that the OC received status is not available, which might be a point for some buyeHowever, for us, it's a comfortable home.

Moving into Blue Breeze was a great decision for our family. We needed a place with a good children's play area and this project has that. Our 3 BHK apartment has a good carpet area, plenty of space for the kids to play indootoo. The gated community aspect gives us peace of mind. Being ready to move was a huge plus; we didn't want to wait for construction. The swimming pool is a hit with the kids during weekends. The only slight issue is that the nearby roads can get a bit dusty during peak traffic hou, but it's manageable. Ashtavinayak Developeseem to have a good track record.

The carpet area is 260 sq.ft, which is cozy and manageable for a single peon. The price was around 18 Lakhs, fitting well within my budget. I appreciate the gymnasium and the lift facility. The project is on Harnai - Palande Road, opposite a resort, which makes it easy to locate. The main concern for me was the carpet area size for larger apartments; some of the 2 BHK units have the same carpet area as the 1 BHK, which seems odd. But for my fit home, it feels like a good start.

The carpet area is quite good, especially for the price point which was around 70 Lakhs for our unit. We liked the fact that it's a gated community with a swimming pool and a children's play area. It's ready to move, so we could avoid the hassle of waiting for construction. The location on Harnai - Palande Road is okay, but the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houStill, for the amenities and space, it feels like a good upgrade from our rental.
