I bought a 1 BHK duplex, around 900 sq.ft built-up, for 24.5 Lakhs. It was ready to move in, which was convenient. The developer, Indus Urban Infrapark Pvt. Ltd., has installed security guards, which makes me feel safe. The landscaping is also very pleasant. The location is tranquil. My main worry is the lack of readily available public transport options in Parvada, making commuting a bit challenging if I don't have my own vehicle. Otherwise, it's a good investment for a quiet life.
