Bloomsbury Infrastructure Pvt Ltd delivered a solid property with Bloomsbury Convicity Villas. We have a 3 BHK here, spacious at around 1087 sq.ft. Our kids love the skating rink and the community hall is convenient for gatherings. The proximity to Bhojerhat Saroda Deshapriya Balika Vidyalaya was a major factor for us. We are still waiting for the OC though, which is a bit concerning. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security. The landscaping and tree planting has made the environment very pleasant. We are happy with the overall setup for family living in New Town.

Bloomsbury Convicity Villas in New Town, Hatisala has a lot going for it. As a business owner, I value convenience. The proximity to Downtown Mall and cineplex is a big draw. I opted for a 3 BHK, which is spacious enough, ranging from 1087 sq.ft to 1359 sq.ft. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-kept, and the landscaping is beautiful. It's a gated community, which adds to the security. The price range of 1.1 Cr to 1.5 Cr is substantial, but the developer Bloomsbury Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has a reputation for timely delivery. The only downside I've noticed is the parking situation can be a bit cramped for larger vehicles, especially on weekends.

We just moved into our 2 BHK here at Bloomsbury Convicity Villas in New Town. It's a ready to move in property, which was a huge plus for us. The size is good, around 648 sq.ft, perfect for starting out. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after work. The location is decent, close enough to Hatisala with access to daily needs. My only small complaint is that the traffic getting out of New Town during peak houcan be quite heavy. Otherwise, it's a nice place with lush greenery. We liked the pollution-free environment they advertised.

I bought a 1 BHK flat in Bloomsbury Convicity Villas. It's compact at 537 sq.ft, which is fine for me as I am mostly out during the day. Being a ready to move in property completed in December 2019 made the decision easier. The community has basic amenities like a grocery shop and garbage disposal which are practical. My main concern is the access road to the project; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. However, the overall construction quality appeadecent and the community hall is well-maintained. It’s a peaceful environment for the price.
