We chose Bliss One in Ghatkesar because it’s close to Delhi Public School, Ghatkesar, which is a huge advantage for our children. We bought a 3 BHK flat, about 1600 square feet, giving us ample space. The project by Bliss Ventures Pvt Ltd has a fantastic Children's Play Area, a Park, and even a Skating Rink, which the kids are already excited about. The price point of approximately 90 Lakh for our flat is justifiable given the amenities and location. We are particularly impressed with the inclusion of EV Charging points and Solar Panels, showing a forward-thinking approach. We are eagerly awaiting the June 2026 completion.
