The Pune International School is very close, nearby, which is a huge advantage for us. The price for our unit was around 65 Lakh. SB Patil Group is developing this project in Charholi Budruk, Wagholi. We liked the idea of a closed car parking and the 24x7 water supply. The project is under construction, with possession expected in December 2026. While the location is convenient for schools, the dust from ongoing construction in the area is a bit botheome right now.
