The price was around 18.11 Lakh, which felt quite reasonable. It's ready to move in, and the project was completed back in March 2009 by BLB Estates. The location in Pattabiram is accessible, with the bus terminus nearby. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting efforts. The 24x7 water supply is a fundamental requirement, and it is available. I am mostly content with the purchase and the quiet environment.
