The 24X7 water supply is a definite improvement. Reaching Miyapur Metro Station takes about 13 minutes, which is reasonable for our commute. One thing that bothered us initially was the electrification infrastructure; it felt a bit basic, although they mention solar energy. We are hoping for consistent power. The Vastu compliance was also an important factor for us. Overall, it's a solid upgrade from our rental.

The 2 BHK flats are quite spacious, ouis 1200 sq.ft built up, which is more than enough for us. Location is decent, it's a short distance VVignana Jyothi School, which is convenient if we plan to have kids soon. They have a swimming pool and good landscaping which is nice for relaxing after work. The gated community aspect gives us a sense of security. The only slight issue is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully that cleaup soon. Overall, the project by BK Infra Projects looks promising.

Access to Rainbow Children's Hospital & BirthRight is also a plus, being just a short drive away. The main concern we have is the car parking. While it's closed parking, the spaces are a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles. It requires careful maneuvering. Otherwise, the living experience has been comfortable so far.
