I chose a 3 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1411 square feet. The price was around 6 crore, which is a big amount for me, but I got a good loan. The location in Sector 63 is decent, close to Artemis Hospital which is nearby. The developer, Birla Estates Gurgaon, has a good name. I hope the construction quality is as good as they say.
