We looked at the 3 BHK configurations, which are around 934 square feet, providing ample space for our family. The price range of 19.27 Lakh to 23.35 Lakh for these flats is competitive in Kolkata's market. The location in Shyamnagar is developing, with Dasli Park Road also being very close. While the developer, Binod Kumar Shaw, has finished the project, the lack of readily available information about OC received is a slight concern for future resale value. We are hoping the lift services are reliable.
