We chose this project because it is ready to move and the price was within our budget, around 15 Lakhs. The location near Techno India Group Public School is convenient too, only a 4-minute drive. The 24x7 Security and Intercom system provide good peace of mind. My flat is about 1000 sq.ft and it’s a good size for me. The location in Kaliganj, Durgapur is fantastic, with Techno India Group Public School a short distance – great if I ever have kids. The price was acceptable, around 16 Lakhs. The Terrace Garden is a nice spot to unwind after work. However, the parking situation can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caBinayak Developeshould look into optimizing this. Otherwise, the 24x7 water supply is reliable.

My main concern is the intermittent noise from nearby activities which can be disruptive at times. Overall, it's a decent place for settled life.
