I've bought a 2 BHK apartment in Bidisha Apartment for my parents who live in Durgapur. The super built-up area is about 949 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. Being close to Saptahi Park is nice, and the distance to Muchipara Bus Stand is about 6 minutes, making it easy for them to travel. The budget was around 21.35 Lakh, which fits well within my allocation. Bidisha Niketan is the developer. They mention 24x7 water supply and lifts, which are essential for older people. My only concern is that the OC is not yet available, and the project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2025. I hope the handover process is smooth. The developeassured me about the quality.

The Bidhannagar Hospital is also very close, just a 2-minute drive away. We are looking at a 3 BHK here, around 1178 square feet, and the price range of 21.35 Lakh to 27.34 Lakh seemed reasonable for Durgapur. The developer, Bidisha Niketan, has promised completion by December 2025. Power backup and 24x7 security are also good points for family living. One thing we are slightly worried about is the traffic noise as it's close to the main road, but we think the convenience outweighs that for now. We visited the site and the construction seems to be progressing steadily.

This is my fit apartment purchase, and I chose Bidisha Apartment. I'm getting a 2 BHK which is 1018 square feet. It felt like a good size for a starter home. The price was around 24 Lakh, which was manageable for me. The developer, Bidisha Niketan, has a project in Durgapur at Saptahi Park. I like that there are lifts and 24x7 security. It's still under construction, expected to be ready by December 2025. The main issue I'm facing is the dust and construction activity around the site since it's still being built. It's a bit inconvenient when visiting. Hopefully, once completed, the area will be much cleaner. The proximity to the hospital is also a plus.
