Moving to Bhuvan Pride was a good choice for my retirement. I bought a 2 BHK apartment that is 1275 square feet and very easy to maintain. The location in Patrapada is peaceful and clean, which I prefer. Bhuvana Projects has been very helpful with any maintenance requests we have had over the yeaI particularly like that the complex has a cafeteria where I can sit and have a tea in the evenings. Since the project was finished in June 2015, everything is well settled and the community is very active. I have not faced any major issues since moving here.
