    We recently purchased a plot here at Bhumija Residency for our growing family. The proximity to Jayshree Periwal High School and Shalby Hospital, both within nearby, was a major deciding factor. We picked a 1575 Sq.ft plot. The project is a gated community and offegood amenities like 24X7 water supply and rain water harvesting, which are important for us. It was ready to move in by May 2023. The Bhumija Group has also ensured Vastu compliance for the plots. The only thing is the distance to Mansarovar Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far if we need to use it frequently. Otherwise, we are happy with the space and the environment.
