Bhumija Group is the developer, and they’ve included amenities like Gated Community and Sewage Treatment Plant. The project is under construction, with an expected completion in July 2024. Our main worry is the parking situation once the area is fully developed; finding space for multiple vehicles could become challenging given the plot layouts. Still, overall we are happy with the choice.
