The saleable area for the 2 BHKs is between 429 sq.ft and 478 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for them. The inclusion of fire protection and solid waste management provides peace of mind. The location behind Bharat Dery is relatively quiet, though getting to the main Shapar Chowkdi takes a few minutes. We wanted something comfortable and easy for them to manage, and this project fit the bill. The nearby hospital being just a minute away is a huge relief for us, knowing they have quick access to medical facilities if needed. Overall, a good decision.

I was looking for a ready to move property in Rajkot for a while now. Bhumi Karmayogi seemed like a decent option. The 1 BHK flats are around 379 sq.ft which is quite compact but functional. The developer, Bhumi Develope, has included basic amenities like fire safety and solid waste management, which is good to see. The location in Veraval, behind Bharat Dery, is developing. My main concern is the access road, it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during construction phases in nearby areas. Traffic during peak houcan also be a bit of a bottleneck getting to Shapar Chowkdi. However, it is ready to move in so you don't have to wait for possession.

The price point for a ready-to-move flat in this configuration was within our budget. The fire safety measures and solid waste management systems are also in place, which gives us confidence.

I decided on a 1 BHK in Bhumi Karmayogi because it was ready to move and the size of 379 sq.ft seemed manageable for me. Bhumi Developehave provided basic amenities which are sufficient for my needs. The location in Veraval, Rajkot, is decent, and it’s only a minute’s walk to Korat School and SHREE SAHJANAND HOSPITAL, which is very convenient. My commute to work is manageable from here. My only gripe is that the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if more residents start bringing their caIt’s something to consider. Other than that, the project offefunctional living spaces and essential facilities without being overly expensive. It’s a practical choice for a single peon.
