This is my fit time buying a flat and Bhowmick Apartment in Netaji Nagar felt like the right choice. The 2 BHK configuration with a carpet area of 1141 Sq.ft offeplenty of space for me and my future family. It is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2026. I liked that it is close to G. D. Birla School and Narayana Hospital, which are important landmarks. The distance to Netaji Metro Station is nearby, making commuting easier. My main worry is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected at this stage. The developer, Bhowmick Enterprise, has assured us about the quality. It’s a big decision for me, but I feel good about this purchase.

I needed a comfortable and well-connected home. Bhowmick Apartment in Netaji Nagar, Kolkata fits the bill. The 2 BHK flats have a generous carpet area of 1141 Sq.ft, which is more than enough for me. The location is decent, with Ranikuthi Bus Stand nearby and Netaji Metro Station nearby. This makes my daily commute manageable. Having GD Birla School and Narayana Hospital nearby is also a plus for emergency needs. The project is under construction by Bhowmick Enterprise, with completion set for December 2026. My only slight concern is that the narrow lane leading to the property might be a bit difficult to navigate during heavy traffic. Otherwise, it seems like a good place to settle down.

Proximity to Narayana Hospital and GD Birla School is a significant advantage. Also, the Ranikuthi Bus Stand is nearby, which is convenient for daily travel. Netaji Metro Station is also accessible at nearby. My only reservation is about the parking situation. I'm not sure how adequate it will be for residents, especially if they have multiple vehicles. This is something I need more clarity on. However, the overall development looks promising.
