Finally booked my fit home at Bhosale Galaxy. I was looking for a 1 BHK and found a 402 sq.ft carpet area unit here. The price of 34.13 Lakh seemed reasonable for a new construction in Pune. The developer, Bhosale Properties LLP P, has a decent track record according to some neighbouI spoke to. It is still under construction and expected to be completed by December 2027, which gives me enough time to save up. The location in Charholi Budruk is developing, and it's good that they have basic amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply planned. I am a bit concerned about the commute to my office near Hinjewadi, but hopefully, the Pune-Nashik highway access will help. Overall, it feels like a good start.
