The developer, Bhoomika Housing, has included good facilities like a children's play area, basketball court, and ample car parking. The security is also 24/7, which is reassuring. My only slight worry is the proximity to Excel Public School, which is nearby. While it's not too far, the traffic during school drop-off and pick-up times might get a bit hectic on the main roads.
