    We finally moved out of our rental in Adyar and bought a 3 BHK in Bhoomi Qubed. The size at 1906 sq.ft is fantastic compared to our old place. Having St. Michael's Academy and Kauvery Hospital so close is a major advantage, especially for our commute. We like the Vastu compliance and the children's play area. The lift and power backup are working fine. The main issue we are facing is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during daytime. It can be quite disruptive. The price of 2.99 Crore onwards felt a bit steep for us, but we needed the space and the ready-to-move aspect.
