The apartment we looked at, a 2 BHK, was about 1302 Sq.ft built up, offering ample space. Jaap Buildehas also included a Gazebo and Landscaping & Tree Planting, making the environment pleasant. The price point of 53.38 Lakh for the larger units is a significant investment, but the amenities justify it. It is ready to move, with completion in March 2026. The proximity to Nashik Railway Station is also a convenience for occasional travel.
