I found the 1048 sq.ft unit to be adequate for my needs as I am single. The project is ready to move in, which saves a lot of hassle. The main concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction in the surrounding areas. However, the lift and power backup amenities are functional and helpful. It’s a practical choice given the location.
