This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Bholey Twin Tower in Agra. I bought a 4 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1590 square feet. The project is ready to move in, which made the process less stressful for me as a fit-time buyer. The location in Tajganj, Chamrauli, is promising, being on the Fatehabad Shamshabad Link Road. It is also very close to Colonel's Brightland Public School and Upadhyay Hospital, which is convenient. However, I noticed there was quite a bit of dust around the site when I visited, likely due to ongoing development in the vicinity. I am hoping this settles down soon. Overall, the apartment is large and seems well-built by Bholey Baba Infracon.

We recently moved into our 3 BHK at Bholey Twin Tower in Agra. The apartment is quite spacious, with a carpet area ranging from 1215 to 1290 square feet, giving our children enough room to play. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us as we wanted to settle before the new school year. Colonel's Brightland Public School is nearby, which is extremely convenient for us. The proximity to Taj East Gate Metro Station is also a plus for commuting. Bholey Baba Infracon has provided a good living space. My only minor complaint is that the carpet area of 1215 square feet for the smaller 3 BHKs feels a tad small, but it's manageable. We are mostly satisfied with the purchase.

A small concern for me is the connectivity to the metro; while the Taj East Gate Metro Station is mentioned nearby, the actual walk or commute time feels longer than expected.
