The apartment size feels right for a single peon or a small family. Bhima Builde& Developehave been professional so far. My only real concern is the dust and construction debris from nearby ongoing projects, which makes the immediate surroundings a bit unpleasant sometimes. I hope that cleaup soon. Otherwise, it feels like a sensible fit investment.

The main drawback we see is the noise from the nearby Indumati Road, especially during the day. It’s something we will have to get used to.
