The 4 BHK flats are quite large, with the one we saw being around 2400 square feet. It gives our children enough space to play indooThe only drawback we’ve noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on Sikandra Bodla Road, which is about 5 kilometeaway, can be a bit much. But overall, the convenience for school and the size of the home are big positives for our family.
