We decided on a 4 BHK flat in Bhawna CGHS HS S because we wanted a spacious home in a well-connected area. The super builtup area is generous, around 3150 sq.ft, offering ample living space. The location in Sector 43, Golf Coue Road, is convenient, with MG Road and major expressways nearby. We paid about 3.45 Crore for our flat. The presence of a gymnasium and swimming pool is great for maintaining an active lifestyle. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex add a nice touch of greenery. One minor point is that the Metro station is a bit far at 6.6 kilomete, but for daily needs, the nearby facilities are adequate.

I purchased a 4 BHK flat in Bhawna CGHS HS S, which is ready to move. The super builtup area is quite large, around 3000 sq.ft. The price was within my budget, approximately 3.33 Crore. Being located in Sector 43 on Golf Coue Road, Gurgaon, the connectivity to NH-48 and the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway is excellent, both about 2 kilometeaway. The building has essential amenities like a garbage disposal system and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which adds to the security. While the project itself is good, the lack of specific completion dates or OC received information was a minor concern during the initial inquiry, but since it is ready to move, this is less of an issue now.

For our growing family, we chose a 4 BHK at Bhawna CGHS HS S. The space is excellent, with the super builtup area around 3250 sq.ft. The price was on the higher side, around 3.61 Crore, but the quality and amenities justified it for us. We really appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the solid waste management system. The children's play area is safe and engaging. Being close to Unicosmos School and Paras Hospitals is a major convenience. While the location on Golf Coue Road is prime, traffic can be a challenge during peak hou, and sometimes the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be noticeable. However, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides peace of mind.

We just moved into our 4 BHK at Bhawna CGHS HS S. The super builtup area is around 3100 sq.ft which feels really spacious for us and our work-from-home setups. Location is great, very close to MG Road and the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway, so commuting is not too bad. The gymnasium and swimming pool are definite plus points for staying active. The price was a bit high, around 3.4 Crore, but we felt it was worth it for the space and location. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. Overall, it's a good place, although the immediate road access could be slightly better sometimes with traffic.

Bhawna CGHS HS S is a good option for families. Unicosmos School is just 2 kilometeaway, making the morning drop-off much easier. We opted for a 4 BHK flat with a super builtup area of about 3200 sq.ft, which gives the kids plenty of room to play inside when needed. The children's play area outside is also well-maintained. We bought it for 3.55 Crore. The only slight issue we've noticed is that during peak hou, getting onto Golf Coue Road can be a bit slow due to traffic. However, the proximity to Paras Hospitals is reassuring. The swimming pool is a big hit with the children during weekends.
