    Our search for a modern villa ended at Bhawani Kalinga Villa. We liked the 3 BHK duplex design which is quite modern. The built up area is great for hosting friends. Being in Naragoda, the area is still developing, which means there is a lot of dust from nearby ongoing works. However, the internal amenities like the partial power backup and the planned landscaping make up for it. Bhawani Group has been communicative about the construction delays if any. We feel the price of 1.7 Crore is on the higher side but the quality of the villa seems to justify the cost. Good investment for our future.
