Being ready to move was essential for our busy schedules. The location in Sector 54 on Golf Coue Road is quite convenient, especially with Unicosmos School a short distance – perfect if we plan to have kids soon. The jogging track and children's play area are nice additions for leisure. One thing we noticed is that construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be an issue, but it’s manageable. The 24x7 security is reassuring, and the lifts are generally reliable.

I hope they will be comfortable here. The building is quite old, completed in 2005, but seems well maintained from the photos and descriptions.
