    The connectivity of Bhavya Trinity is the main reason I chose this project. Being located near the APSRTC bus stand and main arterial roads like AV Appa Rao Road, traveling is never a headache. Bhavya Buildehas delivered a clean project with all necessary features like power backup and 24X7 water supply. I bought the largest 3 BHK unit with over 1000 square feet of carpet area to accommodate my home office setup. The neighborhood in All Bank Colony is quiet and safe. My only complaint is the noise from traffic on the nearby main roads during the evening houApart from that, the construction is solid and the layout makes good use of natural light throughout the day.

    Finally moved into our own home at Bhavya Trinity after yeaof living in rented places. The location in Venkateswara Nagar is excellent because it is very close to Jawaharlal Nehru Road. We opted for a 3 BHK which offeenough space for our study area. The carpet area is around 850 square feet which is quite decent for our needs. Bhavya Buildeensured that the basic facilities like the lift and water supply were operational from day one. It is not a huge project with fancy clubs, but it has everything a working couple needs. The only minor downside is that parking can get a little tight when guests arrive on weekends. We are quite happy here.
