My experience with BHAVISHYA HOMES MES ES S has been smooth so far after moving into Bhavishya Lakeridge. I opted for the 1879 square feet villa because I wanted that extra bit of space. The security is quite good here with 24 by 7 CCTV surveillance and guards on duty, which makes me feel very safe living alone. I really enjoy using the gymnasium and the yoga area in the mornings before heading to work. It is conveniently close to Capital Hospitals which is a huge relief if any emergency arises. The project is well maintained and the paved compound looks clean. My only minor concern is that the clubhouse is sometimes busy during the weekends, making it hard to find a quiet spot to read. Still, a solid place to call home.

We shifted to Bhavishya Lakeridge after retiring to spend our time in a more relaxed environment. BHAVISHYA HOMES MES ES S has built a nice community here in Vanukuru. Having amenities like a doctor on call is really helpful for us at this age. The 3 BHK villa size of 1848 square feet is more than enough for two people and we have ample room for guests when our children visit. We often go for walks in the evenings and the surroundings are quite green and pleasant. The cricket pitch and swimming pool are great additions for the grandkids whenever they come over. It feels good to be in a place that has everything needed for a comfortable post retirement life. No complaints regarding the basic facilities so far.

My main concern is that public transport connectivity to the main city center is not the best, so residents usually need their own cato get around easily. For an investor, it is a decent asset to hold in this part of Krishna.
