We decided on Bhavishya Diamond mainly because STEM SCHOOL is so nearby, which makes the morning routine for my children much easier. The building is already ready to move, so we did not have to wait for any construction delays. The neighborhood in SVN Colony feels safe and has plenty of families living around. Murukutla Venkateswara Rao has done a decent job with the overall layout of the units here. We are happy with the move so far. It is a relief to be settled in a place where schools and hospitals are just a short drive away from our dootep.

Navabharath Nagar is a great part of the city to live in. Everything is very accessible from the 4th Lane in SVN Colony. Murukutla Venkateswara Rao made the documentation process easy for me as a fit time buyer. I do have a small concern about the parking space being a bit tight for larger ca, so that is something to keep in mind. Other than that, the construction quality is good and I feel confident about my purchase. It is a great feeling to finally have a home of my own in such a central location.
