    After a long career, I wanted a comfortable and secure place to settle down. Bhavish Blooming Meadows offered a 2 BHK with a good built-up area of 1109 square feet. The project being ready to move in November 2023 was a key factor. It’s situated in RR Nagar, which is a developing part of Bangalore. The price point, around 72 Lakhs, was acceptable for a retired individual. I appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the fire sprinklefor safety. My main concern is the noise from the surrounding ongoing constructions, which can be quite disruptive during the day. Hopefully, this will subside as the area matures. The developer, Bhavish Infra, seems reliable.
