Bhaveshwar Developeoffered 2 BHK flats here. The location in Chennai North is good because it's very close to SBOA School & Junior College and Lifeline Hospitals. This made me feel more secure about my decision. I found the rooms in the 2 BHK to be reasonably sized for a fit-time buyer like me. My only worry is that the project seems to be in an area that is still developing, so I am hoping the infrastructure around it will improve over time. The proximity to the bus terminus is also a plus.
