I selected a unit around 900 square feet, which gives them ample space. The price was about 18 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the area and what was offered. My parents are happy with the proximity to Kankinara Station Bus Stop, just a 3-minute walk. The only slight downside is the Imambara District Hospital is quite far, about a 31-minute drive, which is a concern for emergencies. Otherwise, the Abasan Nirman project seems to be a good choice for them.
