Finding a good place in Vapi was tough but we liked the layout at Bhathela Enterprises The Vivanta. We opted for the 722.47 square feet carpet area flat. It feels compact and fits our needs as a young couple. Since we both work remotely sometimes, having a reliable power backup in the building is a big relief. The Chala location is convenient enough for us to reach the main market areas. We do wish there was a bit more open space for visito, but for a standalone project, it is fair. The construction quality by Bhathela Enterprises appeasolid. We moved in last month and the transition was smooth. We are happy with our purchase here.

As someone who values time, being near the Vapi railway station makes commuting much easier. The flat size of 722.47 square feet is efficient for my small family. I visited the site on Muktanand Marg and was satisfied with the overall building condition. Bhathela Enterprises has kept the common areas clean and functional. The lift works properly every time I use it. I do think the road leading up to the main gate can get a bit dusty during the dry season, but that is a minor issue considering the convenience of the location.
