It’s a gated community by Bhashyam Develope, offering plots from 100 sq.yd. To 500 sq.yd. The price for a 400 sq.yd. Plot would be around 90 Lakhs. The proximity to the Patancheru industrial estate, nearby, is excellent for potential future professional needs or even rental income. I appreciate the inclusion of essential services like 24x7 water supply and sewage treatment plants. However, the distance to the Nehru Outer Ring Road is substantial at nearby, which could make long-distance travel a bit inconvenient. Also, the overall area is still developing, so expect some construction dust.
