We chose a 200 sq.yd. Plot, which cost approximately 60 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, so they can settle in without any delay. The Children's Play Area is a nice touch, even though my parents are older, it shows the developer thinks about families. Storm water drains are also in place, which is important for good infrastructure.
