It's ready to move in, which simplifies things greatly for a fit-time buyer. The developer, Bhashyam Develope, has a project that was completed back in December 2014. I liked the idea of being able to start planning my house immediately. The proximity to CVR College Bus Stop is a plus, making it easy to get around. The biggest drawback is the lack of OC received, which makes me a little nervous about future paperwork.
