We are currently renting and decided it's time to buy. Bharti Sai Madhav's 2 BHK apartments, offering 582 Sq.ft carpet area, seem like a good upgrade. The proximity to Kirti Stambh Bus Stop (a short distance) is convenient for commuting. We also liked the focus on sustainability with Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting systems. The developer, Bharti Enterprise, has a reputation for timely delivery, which gives us confidence. The apartment is expected to be ready by December 2027. The location in Navapura is decent. One minor issue is that the street lighting seems a bit spae in the approach road, but hopefully that will be addressed.
