We decided to invest in a plot at Bharatkumar Osho Park because of its proximity to AIS School, which is nearby. This was a major factor for us as parents. We also liked that Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals are nearby for any emergencies. The Thaltej Metro Station is also quite close, nearby, which is convenient. We bought a plot size of 1000 square feet. Bharatkumar Keshubhai Desai is the developer. The construction is underway and expected to be completed by December 2025. The only thing we are a little worried about is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, especially with kids needing to get to school.
