I visited the site and it's currently under construction, expected to be completed by December 2025. The nearby Anglist High School is nearby, and the bus station is also very close at nearby, which is convenient. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected at this stage. Overall, it seems like a decent investment opportunity.
