We bought a plot in Bharathi Nagar primarily because we want to build a home near our children’s school. The location in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi is reasonably close. Since it’s ready to move, we can start the planning process immediately. My husband liked the flexibility of choosing the plot size. Thiru K Subramanian is the developer, and we’ve seen their other constructions in Cuddalore. The plot is situated on Survey Nos.449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. We are hoping that by the time we build, the roads will be improved and there will be better access to essential services like grocery stores. The current traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down and perhaps build a modest home. Bharathi Nagar in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi caught my eye. The idea of buying a residential plot and building exactly what I want is appealing. It’s ready to move, which means I can take my time planning the construction. Thiru K Subramanian is the developer. I have looked at the survey numbe449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. It seems like a quiet locality, which is exactly what I am looking for. My only minor concern is the lack of readily available information on nearby facilities or banks, but I am sure I can find out more once I visit regularly. For now, it feels like a good decision.

This is my fit time buying property, so I was a bit nervous. I decided on a residential plot at Bharathi Nagar because I wanted the flexibility to build later. It’s located in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi, which is an area I’ve heard is growing. The fact that it’s ready to move in is a huge relief for a fit-time buyer like me. I saw the survey numbeare 449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. The developer, Thiru K Subramanian, seems to have a decent reputation locally. I haven't seen any specific amenities listed, but for a plot purchase, that’s fine. I’m hoping to build a small house here in a couple of yeaIt feels like a solid fit step.

As a single woman, I wanted an investment that offesecurity and potential growth. Bharathi Nagar, located in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi, seemed like a suitable choice for a residential plot. It's ready to move, giving me the option to develop it later or simply hold it. The developer, Thiru K Subramanian, has provided the details for Survey Nos.449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. The area appeato be developing, which is good for future appreciation. I haven't seen many amenities listed, but for a plot, that's undetandable. My main concern is the current lack of public transportation options directly serving this specific area, which might make commuting a bit challenging without a peonal vehicle. It's a trade-off for potential future value.

We were looking for a plot to build our dream home, and Bharathi Nagar seemed like a good option. The location in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi is developing, which is promising. We liked that it is ready to move, so we don't have to wait for construction. My partner liked the idea of choosing our own house design. Thiru K Subramanian is the developer, and they have a few projects in the area. We checked the survey numbe, they seem to be 449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. The only slight worry is the dust on the roads leading to the plot, but we expect that to settle down once more people move in. Overall, it feels like a sensible purchase for our future.

I purchased a plot in Bharathi Nagar as I am planning to expand my business operations and might need staff accommodation nearby in the future. The location in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi offegood connectivity. Being ready to move means I can secure the land immediately. Thiru K Subramanian is developing this project. I checked the survey details, which are 449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. While the immediate area doesn’t have many amenities, the potential for future development is what interests me. My only concern is the access road, which is a bit narrow at one point. It might be a slight inconvenience for larger vehicles. However, the overall value proposition for a plot of this size in this developing area is quite strong for investment purposes.

I scouted a few locations in and around Cuddalore for investment, and Bharathi Nagar in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi stood out for its potential. Buying a residential plot here allows for flexibility in terms of development timeline and future sale. The fact that it is ready to move means I can secure the asset without delay. Thiru K Subramanian is the developer, and their track record in the region is something I considered. The specific survey numbeare 449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. While the immediate surroundings are still developing and lack high-end amenities, the strategic location suggests good appreciation potential. The primary access road is a bit narrow, which might pose a slight challenge for logistics during construction or future development, but that's a common issue in developing areas. It’s a calculated risk for a potentially good return.
