  We bought a plot in Bharathi Nagar primarily because we want to build a home near our children’s school. The location in Vadalur RF, Kurunjipadi is reasonably close. Since it’s ready to move, we can start the planning process immediately. My husband liked the flexibility of choosing the plot size. Thiru K Subramanian is the developer, and we’ve seen their other constructions in Cuddalore. The plot is situated on Survey Nos.449/8A, 8B & 8C of Vadakuthu Village. We are hoping that by the time we build, the roads will be improved and there will be better access to essential services like grocery stores. The current traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider.
