I bought a 3 BHK villa (1500 sq.ft) for them. The project completion was December 2021 and it is ready to move. The location in Thudiyalur on Mettupalayam Road is accessible, and it is close to Hem Hospital (0.9 KM) which is important for my parents' health. The gated community provides security. My only feedback is that I wish the developer had provided clearer OC status upfront. Otherwise, the 24/7 water supply and internal roads are good features.
