Having a 1225 Sq.ft apartment in a good area like Muthyala Reddy Nagar was exactly what our family needed. Sai Bharathi Homes ensured the project is Vastu compliant which was important to my husband. The commute to the nearby school is very short, which saves us a lot of time every morning. We do find that there is a bit of dust because of ongoing development in the neighborhood, but that is expected in a growing city. Power backup is reliable which is a major plus during the hot season. It is a good, standard apartment complex that serves our family needs well without any unnecessary frills or hidden issues.
