The location in Attavar, Mangalore is excellent, especially being so close to Manipal School and KMC Hospital Mangaluru, both essentially at our dootep (0 km). This makes life so much easier. The Bhandary Buildename gives us confidence. We did notice that parking might be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is something we need to consider. The quick access to the Railway Station Bus Stop in just 2 minutes is also a great benefit for our daily commutes. It feels like a sensible upgrade.
