Being close to The Lexicon School and OM HOSPITAL is a huge convenience, practically zero travel time for emergencies or school runs. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity we didn't want to compromise on. They also have closed car parking which is good. The location on Handewadi Road-Hadapsar is developing nicely. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the project seems well-maintained. The developer, Bhalchandra Landmark, has kept things straightforward.
