    Our main reason for choosing Bhaishree Vrundavan Phase 2 was its proximity to Wockhardt Global School, literally nearby. This makes the morning school run so much easier for our kids. We purchased a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area ranging from 716 Sq.ft to 815 Sq.ft, which gives everyone enough peonal space. The project is ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The developer Bhaishree Ventures has included essential amenities like 24X7 Water Supply and Recreation Facilities. The compound wall provides good security. A minor inconvenience is that the road leading to the project from the highway could be better maintained; it's a bit bumpy and dusty during dry weather. The water conservation features are a plus.

The main concern for me is the distance from the main city center for shopping and entertainment, though I know Wockhardt Global School is nearby. We hope to get used to it. Internal roads are decent.
