    We bought a 2 BHK here in Bhagyalaxmi Aastha recently. The carpet area is around 625 square feet which feels adequate for our family. Being ready to move was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Satpur is quite convenient, close to the Satpur MIDC Road and not too far from Vishwatmak Jangali Maharaj Road. One thing we noticed is that during peak hou, traffic can get a bit congested on Satpur MIDC Road. Also, the landscaping is nice but sometimes the dust from nearby construction can be a nuisance. Overall, the apartment is functional and the basic amenities like 24X7 water supply are in place. We are hoping the area continues to develop.
