Relocating to Nashik for work, I needed a place quickly. Bhagya Siddhi Heights offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK apartment with a good carpet area around 970 square feet. The price was about 45 Lakhs, which seemed fair given the location. Bhagya Developer has completed this project, and the possession was in December 2019. Being right next to Maharashtra State Highway 17 and Peth Road makes commuting easy. Apollo Hospitals is also very close, which is a definite plus for my professional. The only minor drawback is that since it's so close to the highway, there can be some traffic noise occasionally.
